A Case Study: Ocho and Wellington IT

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, like many businesses, Wellington IT faced some challenges in regaining its footing in the market. As a community-focused, respected business with two decades of experience in Software Development, they had a number of challenges to address.

We pre-screened each one, inviting them to meet with us in person. We always take ownership for finding the “perfect fit”. 

Ocho’s team then compiled the best options onto a dashboard for Wellington IT. They were able to go through each application, making comments or requests as they went. Soon, we had identified long-term hires who could transform the trajectory of their business.
