Your Role:
We’re seeking Senior or Staff Software Engineers (backend) to help drive the development of a next-gen platform. You’ll work on cloud-native event ingestion and processing architecture while collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Design teams in an Agile environment.
Tech Stack:
- AWS, Kubernetes, Python
- Kafka, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
- Kinesis

Key Responsibilities:
- Shape core features and capabilities of the platform.
- Provide technical leadership within your team and across the organisation.
- Take ideas from concept to implementation, delivering high-quality solutions.
- Help enhance team culture and improve workflows.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proficiency in a high-level object-oriented language (Python preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant development experience.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and large-scale data processing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and public cloud services.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with containerisation and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of streaming technologies like AWS Kinesis or Kafka.
