About the Company
Our client helps some of the world's most ambitious financial services, insurance and technology organisations build the skills that power transformation. Their programmes span AI, data science, change leadership and strategic capability, and they're delivered by experts who have done the work themselves. The business is scaling quickly, and this hire is central to its next phase.
The Role
You will work alongside the CEO to turn vision into action, bringing structure to fast-moving priorities and keeping delivery on track across the business. The role mixes strategy, operations and execution, so you will move between planning cycles, board preparation and day-to-day follow-through. You will have the autonomy to spot gaps and fix them without waiting to be asked. This suits someone who creates clarity naturally, brings momentum where there is friction and wants to be trusted with real responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to shape, track and communicate key business priorities
- Drive strategic planning cycles and OKR alignment across the organisation
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and make sure they land on time and to standard
- Strengthen internal rhythms around reporting, planning and accountability
- Own the CEO's diary so their time stays focused on the highest-value work
- Prepare board-ready materials, reports and presentations
- Capture decisions and follow through on actions across the business
- Build strong relationships across internal teams and with suppliers, customers and partners
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with complete discretion
