Position Overview: As a Senior Data Engineer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and infrastructure of scaled data systems, with a focus on leading edge cloud centric technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize data pipelines, ensuring the seamless flow of critical information. Key Responsibilities:

Data Pipeline Development:
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient data pipelines for processing and analysing critical data.
- Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Cloud Expertise:
- Utilize Cloud services to build and optimize scalable data solutions.
- Leverage Cloud data storage, processing, and analytics services to enhance the performance and reliability of our data infrastructure.

Python Development:
- Utilize Python programming language for scripting, data manipulation, and automation tasks.
- Develop and maintain Python-based tools and applications to support data engineering processes.

Performance Optimization:
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines, ensuring efficient data processing and minimal latency.
- Implement best practices for data storage, indexing, and retrieval in an Enterprise environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on emerging Enterprise scale technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
- Experience working with Cloud services
- Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
