Role Overview:

The Senior Business Analyst will engage with senior stakeholders to understand and document both functional and non-functional requirements. This role involves converting these requirements into actionable plans, including roadmaps, milestones, and user stories. The position includes work on complex order and deal management systems and integration with enterprise and third-party services. The analyst will also assess and enhance current business processes to increase their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Delivery

- Collaborate with product owners and analysts to align project roadmaps with business needs.

- Assist in identifying viable deliveries for regular production releases.

- Ensure the team comprehends milestones and the significance of each stage.
