I'm seeking an innovative Data Scientist for my client who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment. Your role will involve crafting and perfecting data science algorithms, transforming them from concept to cloud-based deployment seamlessly.

You'll be diving into diverse projects with a strong emphasis on utilizing Generative AI to tackle real-world problems and deliver impactful insights.

Team Vision:

This platform is a premier bulk analysis tool for Enterprise scale platforms, offering a comprehensive evaluation of potential customer experience enhancements, all backed by AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement advanced data science solutions across various retail and brand use cases in a cloud environment.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality assurance and testing for all data science outputs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects effectively.
- Convert complex business requirements into analytical solutions with autonomy and precision.
- Bring critical thinking and problem-solving skills to every project.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their growth.
- Be a key player in driving the success of impactful projects.

Specialized Expertise Required:

- Expertise in machine learning and deep learning techniques (e.g., Gradient Boosting, Neural Networks) using Python.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong project management track record.
- Preferential experience with Generative AI (LLMs, image generation, etc.).
- Extensive experience with Python-based data science pipelines and testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing).
- Mastery of version control best practices.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles.
- Experience in cloud development.
- Proficiency in SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.

Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland. Remote working options may be available.
