Role Overview:

This role is ideal for an experienced .NET Developer with a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that support global IoT operations. Working within a collaborative team, you will contribute to API development, cloud integration, and system architecture while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain .NET applications that support IoT connectivity services.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Ensure high-performance, scalable, and secure software solutions.
  • Debug, optimise, and enhance existing applications.
  • Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) to deploy and manage applications.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server and relational database design.
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of Entity Framework Core and ORM principles.
  • Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with IoT systems and network protocols.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Exposure to message queues (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
  • Understanding of authentication and security best practices.
