As a Staff Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a cutting-edge platform that integrates workflows and data into a unified system.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications.
- Conduct code reviews and promote best practices.
- Shape architectural decisions and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Typescript and Python development.
- Experience with Django or Flask.
- Proficient with AWS cloud services.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
