The Opportunity
This is a unique chance to join a dynamic, forward-thinking development team with members based in both the US and the UK as a Senior Python Developer. You’ll play a critical role in developing a state-of-the-art platform that supports cybersecurity analysts in their ongoing battle against cybercrime.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of solid experience in Python development, ideally within a full-stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with additional skills in JavaScript.
- Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Expertise in developing scalable web applications and backend services.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and development of robust Python-based applications and services.
- Utilize your skills in Python, JavaScript, and Bash scripting to automate workflows and improve system efficiency.
- Implement and manage infrastructure using automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Manage and optimize relational databases such as Postgres and MySQL, as well as caching solutions like Redis and Memcached.
- Develop and maintain web applications using frameworks like Django and React.
- Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
