Corporate Finance Manager

       Full Time, Permanent

      Belfast City Centre

About the Company

A well-established professional services firm with a strong Corporate Finance practice, advising clients across a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, fundraising, refinancing and due diligence. The team works closely with business owners, investors and management teams to deliver real commercial value at every stage of the deal lifecycle. VERY active in NI and wider UK market.

The Role

This is a Manager-level opportunity within a Corporate Finance team, suited to someone with genuine transactions and deals experience, ideally including financial due diligence. You'll play a lead role across the full deal lifecycle: originating and structuring opportunities, leading due diligence and valuation work, and supporting clients through negotiation and completion. It's a broad, client-facing role for someone who wants genuine variety across deal types rather than a narrow, single-discipline remit.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support M&A, fundraising, disposal and refinancing engagements from origination through to completion

Lead financial due diligence workstreams on buy-side and sell-side transactions

Build and review financial models and valuations to support deal structuring and negotiation

Prepare information memoranda, business plans and other transaction documentation

Manage engagement teams, workplans and deliverable timelines

Build and maintain strong client relationships across the deal lifecycle

Support business development activity, including proposals, pitches and market origination

Coach and develop junior team members

What You'll Need

Essential:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)

Genuine transactions and deals experience, ideally including financial due diligence

       Big 4 background strongly preferred

Strong financial modelling and valuation skills

Comfortable managing client relationships and engagement teams

       Excellent communication and report-writing skills

Desirable:

Experience across a range of sectors and deal sizes

Experience supporting business development and proposal work

Experience with deal origination and client pitching

Why Apply

Genuine Manager-level ownership across the full deal lifecycle, not just one discipline

Broad exposure across sectors, deal types and transaction stages

Clear progression within a growing Corporate Finance practice
