About the Company
Our client is an established B2B commercial organisation with a loyal customer base and a strong reputation in its sector. They're growing steadily and investing seriously in marketing and brand presence to match. It's a close-knit, office-based team where you'll have real input from day one, plus full support to learn the sector as you go.

The Role
This role gives you the chance to join a company where you'll take ownership of website content, social media, digital campaigns and marketing materials, working largely independently and reporting directly into senior leadership. This suits someone who's happiest owning a project end to end, comfortable setting their own direction rather than waiting to be told what to do next.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be part of the company's marketing and advertising activity end to end, from strategy through to delivery.
  • Help grow the company's social media presence, including scheduling and content creation.
  • Write and maintain website content through a content management system, including news articles, case studies and promotional material.
  • Plan and deliver marketing and advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Create professional written and visual marketing materials for a range of audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance, website engagement and social activity, adjusting approach based on results.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions and industry events.
  • Support lead generation activity and identify new opportunities to promote the business commercially.

What You'll Need

  • A recognised qualification or degree in Marketing.
  • Proven experience planning and delivering marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience managing company social media accounts and scheduling content.
  • Experience writing and editing website content via a content management system.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confident copywriting ability.
  • Comfortable working independently, managing your own deadlines and taking ownership of projects.

Why Apply?

  • Competitive salary depending on experience.
  • Genuine experience of the marketing function.
  • Company pension, private medical insurance and life insurance.
  • On-site parking.
