Technical Skills
• Strong expertise in security and risk management
• Experience designing and implementing security strategies for engineering teams and systems
• Background in cloud computing (AWS preferred) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)
• Some scripting skills with Python/SQL
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and influence engineering culture
• Strong communication and leadership skills
