HR Consultant – Contract
Location: Belfast (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
Rate: Up to £400 per day
Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)
An established organisation in Belfast is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support their people strategy and deliver key HR initiatives. This contract role offers a hybrid working model, requiring two days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert HR advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.

Support workforce planning and organisational change initiatives.

Develop and implement HR policies in line with legal and business requirements.

Lead on key HR projects, including employee engagement and talent development.

Partner with senior stakeholders to drive business objectives through effective HR strategies.

Ensure compliance with employment law and industry best practices.
Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in an HR Consultant or similar advisory role.

Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.

Track record of managing complex employee relations cases.

Experience in change management and workforce planning.

Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.

CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
