What you'll be doing?

Partner Empowerment

Equip partners with the tools and resources they need to champion our client’s solutions.

Create engaging enablement content, including presentations, product demos, and case studies.

Build confidence and capability within partner sales teams through training and support.

Sales Strategy & Growth

Collaborate closely with partners to develop and maintain a thriving sales pipeline.

Drive joint go-to-market initiatives such as account mapping, co-selling, and shared prospecting.

Close high-value opportunities by identifying direct leads and leveraging partner channels.

Analyse market trends to uncover cross-sell and upsell potential, boosting partner revenue streams.

Relationship Development

Forge enduring partnerships built on trust, alignment, and consistent communication.

Devise and execute strategies that drive partner satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.

Collaborate across teams—including marketing, product, and customer success—to elevate the partner and customer experience.

 

What kind of experience do you need? 

Essential Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in SaaS related sales roles. 

A track record of success in pre-sales or sales engineering roles, ideally within partner ecosystems.

Proven ability to develop and strengthen relationships with technology and service providers.

Expertise in SaaS and enterprise sales processes, with the technical acumen to convey AI-driven solutions effectively.

Desirable Expertise

Familiarity with managing relationships with partners like Five9, Genesys, or similar.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing enterprise deals through partnerships.

Hands-on experience crafting and implementing joint go-to-market strategies.
