About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join a growing and collaborative team. In this role, you will drive the development and delivery of innovative software products, ensuring they meet the needs of customers and align with the company’s vision.
With the flexibility to work remotely most of the time, you’ll only need to be in the Belfast office 1-2 days per week, working alongside a talented group of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including a full product team, development, design, and sales, to define and prioritise product requirements.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and continuously refine the product based on customer feedback and data.
- Agile Leadership: Operate within an Agile framework, ensuring development teams are well-supported and deliver on product goals effectively.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally within a software environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights and data into actionable product strategies.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
