Observability Engineer

Responsibilities:
•    Deploy and manage monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools
•    Automate deployments using Ansible, Terraform, and scripting languages
•    Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve system, security, and network issues
•    Support incident response, troubleshooting, and operational runbooks
•    Participate in an on-call rotation for critical incident management

Experience:
•    3+ years in 
•    Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.), and automation (Ansible, Terraform)
•    Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, SNMP, WMI), Linux/Windows environments, and virtualised infrastructure
•    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in high-pressure environments
