What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment to offboarding
- Be the go-to HR contact for employees and managers on ER matters
- Support performance, career development, and workforce planning initiatives
- Oversee HRIS (Workday), reporting on key trends and metrics
- Drive engagement through training, wellbeing, and diversity initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in an HR Generalist role with strong HRIS experience
- Progressing towards (or completed) CIPD Level 5
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices & UK employment law
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Experience in SaaS or tech industries (preferred)
