Job description.

Ocho are exclusively working on a Helpdesk Analyst role for a leading Belfast based company. This is a unique chance to grow with a global leader while making a real difference locally.

What You’ll Do:

In a nutshell – you will be responsible with the team to ensure the best customer service possible. The team will provide efficient, professional, and effective technical customer support in response to customer issues and queries.

 Day-to-day, you’ll:

·       Diagnose and resolve technical issues for our customers.
·       Manage support tickets through resolution or escalation.
·       Communicate effectively to set clear expectations and provide timely updates.
·       Collaborate with your team to optimise processes and drive improvements.
·       Contribute to systems analysis and software development projects.


Experience:

·       2+ years’ experience in software helpdesk/support or systems analysis.
·       A problem-solving mindset and a knack for customer care.
·       Experience with tools like Jira and a strong knowledge of SQL, Java, and Linux.
·       Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
