Key Responsibilities

·       Revenue & Resource Optimisation: Manage professional services revenue, utilisation metrics, and resource allocation to meet targets.
·       Project Oversight: Ensure projects and services are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed quality expectations.
·       Team Development: Mentor and grow a skilled team, fostering accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
·       Customer Engagement: Handle escalations, analyse interactions for improvement, and support pre-sales efforts.
·       Operational Excellence: Implement best practices to ensure efficient and professional service delivery, maintaining 24/7 support readiness.
·       Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align with business goals, manage risks, and support growth.

What You'll Bring

·       Experience: 5+ years in a Professional Services Manager role within software delivery.
·       Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage KPIs, mentor teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.
·       Operational Expertise: Skilled in-service delivery best practices, resource planning, and risk management.
·       Technical Proficiency: Familiar with SDLC, ITIL, and tools like JIRA or ServiceNow.
·       Adaptability: Able to support projects directly when needed, with flexibility for travel and occasional out-of-hours work.

Desirable

Supply chain/warehousing experience, project management qualifications, or a related degree.
