As R&D Director, you'll lead an innovative team to develop and advance state-of-the-art solutions in warehouse and supply chain management.

Balancing strategic vision with hands-on leadership, you'll drive research and development efforts to meet market needs and exceed expectations of blue-chip clients.

Your Impact

  • Research and Development: Spearhead the creation of new software features and platforms that enhance supply chain efficiency. Conduct in-depth market research and customer interviews to identify growth opportunities.
  • Technology Roadmap: Define and execute R&D roadmaps to align with business objectives and drive technological advancement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of developers, QA specialists, and technical researchers. Foster collaboration, professional growth, and peak performance.
  • Customer Collaboration: Partner with clients to ensure R&D initiatives result in user-centric, market-leading solutions.
  • Innovation Integration: Leverage emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and automation to stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee seamless transitions from development to operational deployment, ensuring high-quality standards throughout.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in R&D, technical leadership, or product development roles within software or tech-focused industries.
  • Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-grade solutions for leading clients.
  • Deep expertise in software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and cutting-edge technologies like AI and IoT.
  • Proficiency with: Java 8, Spring 4 or above, Git, Jira, and data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving capabilities.

Desirable

  • Experience in supply chain or warehouse industries.
  • Strong academic credentials in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (minimum 2:1 degree).
