Ocho are working exclusively on a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role with a leading supply chain organisation. The successful CTO will spearhead the technology strategy, overseeing product development, software architecture, and customer engagement.
The Role:
As CTO, you will lead all technical aspects of the business, from overseeing software development and architecture to driving product innovation and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure our technology strategy aligns with business goals, and lead a talented, cross-functional technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the technology strategy in line with business objectives.
- Lead software development and architecture, ensuring best practices for performance and scalability.
- Mentor and manage a team of developers, testers, and DevOps engineers.
- Drive product development to meet market needs and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on pre-sales activities, offering technical expertise to tailor solutions for clients.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong background in Java and cloud-native architectures.
- Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and testing methodologies.
- Experience in leading technical teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- £80k-£90k salary
