Business Development Manager
A rapidly expanding Data & AI solutions provider is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth across the UK, Europe and North America. Key Purpose of the Role
This position extends beyond traditional sales. The successful candidate will:
* Lead commercial strategy within priority sectors and territories

Key Responsibilities
* Engage prospective customers at executive level to understand challenges, translate business pain points and design compelling solutions alongside presales and engineering teams
* Build and deliver a structured business development plan focused on net-new customer acquisition
* Qualify and progress opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, from discovery through to closure and onboarding
* Shape pricing, value propositions and go-to-market messaging that resonate across multiple industries
* Identify new market segments and coordinate entry strategies
* Develop channel or partner relationships to accelerate growth internationally
* Support brand visibility at industry events, customer forums and market engagements
As the role evolves, responsibility may grow into territory ownership, leadership of BD initiatives or strategic account management.
What You Will Bring
* Proven capability in winning new revenue in consulting, software, AI, data, technology services or enterprise solutions
* Strong communication skills with an ability to simplify technical concepts into investment cases
* Demonstrated ability to build credibility, influence decision-makers and close multi-stage commercial deals
