The Opportunity
We're hiring a Recruitment Co-ordinator with a strong data focus to support the smooth running of contractor hiring and temporary staffing operations. You'll be at the heart of the process , maintaining accurate records, managing contractor pipelines, tracking availability, and ensuring the recruitment team has the data and insights needed to deliver effectively.
This role suits someone highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
What You'll Do

Manage and maintain the contractor register within the CRM, ensuring data is accurate and up to date

Track availability of temporary staff and provide regular updates to the recruitment team

Support in negotiating and agreeing contractor day rates with candidates and stakeholders

Manage recruitment pipelines, ensuring clear visibility of candidates at each stage

Create and maintain an alumni talent pool of suitable contractors for future opportunities

Produce regular reports and insights on availability, placements, and pipeline health

Provide administrative support for compliance, on-boarding, and record-keeping
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in recruitment coordination, contractor management, or a data-focused support role

Strong experience using CRM or ATS platforms to manage candidate records and pipelines

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels

Confident with data analysis, reporting, and presenting availability insights

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data-heavy tasks

Proactive, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
