We're now hiring a Product-led Growth Marketing Lead to own and accelerate Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth. This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with Sales and Founders to launch campaigns, generate pipeline, and optimise every stage of the customer journey.
What You'll Do
Lead execution of our growth strategy across paid, organic and owned channels.
Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns that generate demand directly and through partners.
Produce compelling, product-driven assets - from e-books and factsheets to demo videos.
Collaborate with partners to co-create campaigns that drive qualified pipeline opportunities.
Measure and report on funnel performance (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, pipeline impact).
Experiment with messaging, creatives and channels to maximise campaign ROI.
Keep our website sharp, SEO-optimised and aligned with best practices for lead generation.
Manage and optimise paid acquisition programmes (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) for cost efficiency and pipeline growth.
Coordinate with designers, agencies and media partners to bring campaigns to life.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2-5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a proven track record in demand generation and ARR growth.
Demonstrable success running paid acquisition and email campaigns with measurable ROI.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with metrics, testing and optimisation.
Exceptional writing skills to produce clear, engaging content across multiple formats.
Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Confidence representing the company at events, exhibitions and partner engagements.
Bonus points for:
Experience marketing to SMBs and enterprise customers in the contact centre industry.
Knowledge of SEO, content strategy or marketing operations.
Skills in building and optimising websites and landing pages.
