IT Manager - Infrastructure & Support
Location: Co.Antrim (onsite with flexibility)
Contract type: Permanent
Eligibility: UK work authorisation required (no sponsorship available)
We're looking for a hands-on IT Manager to lead IT support, infrastructure, and security across a multi-site organisation. You'll ensure systems run smoothly, lead a skilled team, and drive improvements in service delivery, cybersecurity, and business continuity.

What you'll be doing:
* Managing service desk operations and ensuring KPIs/SLAs are met
* Overseeing infrastructure - networks, servers, endpoints, cloud, and storage
* Driving cybersecurity strategy (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, GDPR)
* Supporting ERP rollout and technical handovers
* Building vendor relationships and managing service delivery
* Leading, mentoring, and developing the IT team
What you'll bring:
* Significant experience managing IT infrastructure and cloud services
* Strong background in cybersecurity and compliance
* Strong leadership experience in IT support or systems admin teams
* Solid knowledge of O365, Active Directory, networking, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and multi-site setups
* Experience with ERP support and vendor management
