Location: Belfast (Hybrid, 1-2 days in office)

The Role
As an AI Engineer, you will:
- Design and build cloud-based AI solutions (AWS preferred).
- Develop and deliver AI proof of concepts (PoCs) to solve real business problems.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and other advanced AI techniques.
- Work across teams to integrate AI into scalable production systems.
- Continuously explore emerging AI/ML technologies to drive innovation.

Technical Skills
We're looking for someone with:
- 4+ years' commercial engineering experience (AI or software engineering)
- Strong development skills (Python preferable)
- Proven experience in AI/ML - e.g. NLP, RAG, vector databases, LLM integration
- Cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with AI pipelines, APIs, and CI/CD
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
