Job Description

You will:

  • Deliver high-quality, secure, customer-centric automation solutions using low-code platforms

  • Integrate components across web, API, database, and UI to deliver end-to-end capabilities

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a collaborative development team

  • Use a variety of tools and technologies depending on project and customer needs

  • Continuously grow your technical skills through training, project exposure, and self-learning

  • Collaborate with colleagues to design solutions that maximise value for users

  • Solve complex automation and workflow challenges as part of a team

  • Implement automation through CI/CD processes and modern DevOps practices


Personal Specification

Technical Competencies (Essential):

  • 4+ years of IT experience with n-tier, database, networking, or client/server design and development

  • Software development or scripting experience in any technology/language

  • Knowledge and experience of DevOps within Agile software development

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid fundamentals in object-oriented programming concepts

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM (or equivalent commercial experience)

Technical Competencies (Desirable):

  • 3+ years' experience as a developer or engineer (any technology/language)

  • Experience with low-code or automation platforms (e.g. Pega, Decisions, Appian, UiPath, Blue Prism)

  • Experience delivering Agile solutions for customers/clients in different time zones

  • Exposure to RPA and workflow automation in enterprise environments
