Data Analyst
Location: Belfast, Hybrid - 2 days in office per week
Contract Type: Contract - day rate
Rate: £175-200/day

About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-driven and highly analytical Data Analyst to join a growing team working across high-impact, data-led initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on uncovering actionable insights, building intuitive dashboards, and improving data processes in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform deep-dive statistical analysis across large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and strategic insights
Design and build complex dashboards, tailored to business requirements and aligned with key KPIs
Optimise internal data workflows and ETL processes to improve consistency and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analysis with business goals
Use SQL to curate and manage datasets, enhancing integration with reporting tools
Provide clear documentation and client-facing support to ensure transparency and value from data insights
Essential Skills & Experience:
2+years' strong experience in SQL and Power for data analysis and dashboarding (tableau experience also accepted)
Solid working knowledge of Power Query, and basic scripting in Python
Excellent communication skills with experience engaging clients and stakeholders
- Keen to be involved in projects, including AI
Highly organised, analytical, and self-motivated
