D365/Power Platform Technical Lead
Location: Remote within the UK
Salary: Up to £85k + bonus, benefits, and strong career progression
We're working with a leading consultancy that's scaling their Digital & Cloud division across the UK. They're known for delivering high-quality Microsoft solutions to large public and private sector clients, and they're hiring a Power Platform / D365 Technical Lead to help drive delivery excellence across key engagements.
What you'll be doing
Acting as the technical lead across multiple projects, setting development standards and ensuring delivery quality
Designing and building scalable solutions using Power Platform (Canvas/Model-driven/Pages), Power Automate and Dynamics 365 CE
Collaborating directly with clients to gather requirements and provide technical leadership
Supporting CI/CD pipelines, ALM best practices and DevOps processes using Azure DevOps
Leading and mentoring technical teams while promoting best-in-class development workflows
Staying ahead of product updates, particularly around AI integration and CoPilot tooling
What we're looking for
5+ years experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
Strong background in C#/.NET server-side development
Solid front-end skills (HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS)
Good understanding of NFRs, automated testing and accessibility considerations
Experience with Microsoft 365 integration (SharePoint, Forms, Teams)
Familiarity with DevOps delivery and tooling (Azure DevOps or similar)
SC Clearance eligibility
Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-200, PL-400, MB210/230)
Bonus points for
Experience delivering at enterprise scale or within frameworks like Success by Design
Additional Microsoft certs (PL-900, PL-600)
Power BI configuration and deployment
Experience with Azure integration services
Background in Teams App development and/or UI/UX design with accessibility in mind
