The Role
This is a hands-on Senior Software Developer position ideal for someone who thrives in full-stack .NET environments and wants to shape real-world tools used by legal and finance professionals. You'll architect features, write production-grade code, mentor junior engineers, and work directly with senior stakeholders.

Tech You'll Use
Backend: C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, MS SQL
Frontend: JavaScript, React preferred
DevOps & Infra: Docker, AWS ECS, Git, CI/CD pipelines
Testing & Documentation: Unit testing, integration testing, technical documentation
Tooling: AWS, Git, Agile boards
What You'll Do
Build and maintain internal and customer-facing applications using C# and Angular
Lead architecture for new features and systems
Refactor and optimise legacy systems for performance and maintainability
Mentor junior developers through pairing, code review, and technical guidance
Work closely with business stakeholders, including senior leadership
Ensure all solutions meet compliance and security standards (e.g., GDPR)
Shape best practices across testing, deployment, and documentation
What Iam Looking For
3-5+ years in commercial software development
Strong background in .NET stack and front-end frameworks
Experienced in CI/CD, Docker, and AWS ECS
Confident working with RESTful APIs and complex data flows
Clear communicator who's comfortable mentoring others
Bonus: experience in regulated or professional services environments
