Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client is a progressive and fast-growing organisation based in Banbridge, currently undergoing a major digital transformation. As part of this journey, they're looking to appoint a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer to help shape and deliver high-quality BI solutions across multiple business units.

This is a pivotal role in a scaling environment, ideal for someone who blends strong technical expertise with a practical approach to building insightful dashboards and automating business processes. The successful candidate will join a high-performing digital transformation team committed to delivering real, data-driven impact.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of the business intelligence function across a group of companies, helping to modernise and expand their BI estate. The role includes Power BI development, Power Platform automation, and ERP integration within a Microsoft-first environment - including Dynamics 365 F&O, CRM, and Azure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end BI solutions across ERP and CRM systems (D365 F&O & CRM).

  • Design and develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.

  • Manage reporting structures and access via Workspace Apps and Active Directory groups.

  • Support the migration from SQL Server and SSAS to Microsoft Fabric.

  • Build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual overhead.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable reporting and automation tools.

  • Automate tasks such as supplier, product, and demand record creation in D365.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering BI solutions with Power BI and SQL.

  • Strong working knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and Power Platform tools.

  • Background working with ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365 F&O.

  • Confident communicator who can engage with business teams and translate needs into technical outcomes.

  • Comfortable managing full solution lifecycle - from scoping and delivery to ongoing support.

Bonus Points For

  • Microsoft Certifications (Power BI, Power Platform, Azure)

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure DevOps, or D365 CRM

  • Familiarity with Active Directory and permissions management

Why This Role?
You'll be stepping into a key position with a high level of autonomy and visibility. This is a chance to influence data strategy, introduce smart automation, and deliver insights that drive real business value. It's a great move for someone who wants to be hands-on and make a measurable impact in a collaborative environment.
