The Role:

As a Product Manager, you'll play a central role in defining the vision and roadmap of key digital products. You'll take ownership of the full product lifecycle-shaping strategy, managing delivery, and translating customer needs into impactful features. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and commercial teams to ensure products deliver tangible value for users and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define and lead product strategy in alignment with company goals
* Own the product roadmap and backlog, driving prioritisation decisions
* Translate user insights and business requirements into clear user stories
* Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions
* Champion customer needs using personas, journey mapping, and data-driven decision making
* Lead UAT and ensure release quality meets customer and business expectations
* Balance long-term vision with short-term delivery; manage scope, risks, and trade-offs
* Manage stakeholder expectations across the business and external clients
* Oversee smooth transitions from legacy to new systems where applicable
* Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and visualise work-in-progress

Essential Criteria:

* 3+ years' experience in a Product Manager role
* Demonstrable experience in defining and executing product strategy
* Strong technical understanding and track record in agile delivery
* Experience delivering customer-focused solutions in a SaaS or ecommerce environment
* Proven success working cross-functionally to deliver business outcomes
* Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement

Desirable (Not Essential):

* Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and wireframing tools
* Experience working on financial software or system integrations
