  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate needs into efficient technical solutions

  • Contributing to architectural decisions, technical direction, and documentation

    • C# / .NET Core / .NET Framework

    • Angular or similar front-end frameworks

    • MS SQL, Entity Framework, MVC

    • Docker, AWS ECS, and DevOps practices

  • Proficiency in API design, RESTful services, and data flows

  • Experience in mentoring junior engineers and promoting team best practices

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile team environment

  • Strong version control knowledge (Git) and CI/CD pipeline familiarity

🌟 You'll Thrive If You're:

  • A thoughtful problem-solver with a bias for action

  • A confident communicator who works well with technical and non-technical teams

  • Passionate about clean, maintainable code and scalable design

  • Keen to mentor and support the growth of others

  • Always learning, curious, and willing to try new tools and approaches
