Financial Systems Team (FST) Manager

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking a Financial Systems Team Manager to lead the continuous improvement and rollout of their ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) across global offices. This is a key leadership role blending finance process optimisation and IT system delivery, supporting a multi-year transformation in partnership with SAGlobal.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the delivery of ERP improvements across finance, working with internal teams and external vendors
- Manage day-to-day FST operations and oversee the ongoing Dynamics 365 rollout
- Define project scope, coordinate agile delivery (using Asana), and ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and finance leaders to enhance system functionality and governance
- Support user training, system testing, documentation, and change management
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage performance against SLAs
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing ERP/financial systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across IT and finance
- Experience in professional services or multi-site environments preferred
- Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and AI-based tooling (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with hands-on team management experience
