You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients, shaping product strategies, driving discovery sessions, and transforming complex business needs into powerful digital solutions.

You'll have a real voice - not just in how things are done internally, but in how clients build and deliver their products.

What's In It For You?

  • Hybrid working (Belfast HQ - 1- 3 days per week)
  • Flexible working hours
  • 35 days holiday
  • Private pension (8% employer, 5% employee)
  • Private healthcare + life assurance
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Autonomy, variety, and the chance to work with great people on exciting projects

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as a trusted consultant and product partner to clients
  • Leading workshops and stakeholder interviews to shape business and product needs
  • Creating product roadmaps and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Supporting product discovery and validating ideas with research and prototyping
  • Influencing product direction based on market trends, user needs and business goals
  • Driving continuous improvement in the BA practice and wider product team
  • Supporting pre-sales activity and proposal writing

About You

You're the right match if you:

  • Have 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a software consultancy
  • Are comfortable engaging with clients and navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Love digging into real-world problems and translating them into elegant, scalable solutions
  • Have strong skills in requirements gathering, user story writing and roadmap development
  • Understand agile product delivery and have worked with cross-functional teams
  • Bring empathy, curiosity and clarity to every conversation
  • Are passionate about shaping product strategies and customer-centric design

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with UX principles, user research, or discovery frameworks
  • Familiarity with tools like empathy mapping, journey mapping, or design thinking
  • A background in consultancy or client-facing roles
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and practices

This role is based in Belfast with hybrid working (1-3 days per week in office). Applicants must have the right to work in the UK - we are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time.
