Job Summary
My client is searching for an exceptional Enterprise Sales Director with a track record of consistently closing seven-figure deals within the technical professional services sector. This is a role for a true rainmaker - someone who originates their own pipeline, navigates complex C-suite sales cycles, and delivers £1M+ in annual contract value year-on-year.
This is not a product sale. It's about crafting bespoke digital solutions that transform businesses - strategy, design, engineering, and delivery all in one. You'll be given the freedom to work independently, without reliance on marketing-generated leads. You will be selling outcomes, not licences.
Job Description
- Identify, engage, and secure new enterprise clients across sectors including finance, retail, health, and technology
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from initial outreach to signed contracts, working closely with internal technical and delivery teams
- Build and maintain C-level relationships, developing long-term partnerships that deliver repeat business and multi-year growth
- Shape and position strategic, high-value propositions tailored to complex business needs
- Independently generate leads and build pipeline through outbound activity and industry networking
- Maintain detailed reporting and forecasting aligned to commercial goals
Personal Specification
Technical Competencies
- Proven background selling technical professional services - digital platforms, transformation consulting, or enterprise-level tech engagements
- Consistent history of £1M+ annual revenue delivery for at least the past three years
- Comfortable closing deals with minimum contract values of £500k, ideally £1M+ ACVs
- Strong understanding of how to sell end-to-end digital solutions to enterprise clients
- Experience operating independently without reliance on marketing or pre-qualified leads
